Orders generally ship within 2-3 weeks from the time they are ordered unless the home page says otherwise. 

I use USPS shipping services, which generally arrive domestically within 3-5 business days.

Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please email requests to art@sarahrozie.com.

If your item arrived damaged or not as expected, please email me with photos and I'll work with you to find a solution. Items damaged in shipping will be replaced at no additional cost, or a full refund will be issued.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Refunds for the product cost will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process.

Returns are not accepted for custom pieces.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sarah Rozie is not responsible for delays due to customs.
