Groovy Moth Suncatcher

Glass moth made from transparent glass with oblong flakes of glass on wings to create light catching textured design.

Olive has olive wings, dark green body, various green wing pieces. Violet has pale violet wings, dark violet body, various violet wing pieces. 

Hand-cut pieces have been shaped, filed, aligned, and fused in a firing kiln. Measures about 3” x 4" overall.

Silver or gold metal hanger and clear fishing line added for easy and secure hanging.

Each piece is made to order, resulting in slight variation from stock images.

Shipped via USPS in white cardboard box with eco-friendly bubble wrap and often repurpose tissue paper.

All glass pieces hand crafted by me in my small glass studio in Buffalo, NY. I used a lot of tools passed down from my grandparents and great grandparents along with a small annealing kiln passed down from my great aunt.
